Revenue Leak Audit

Find the pipeline that may already need attention.

Start with a six-step guided leakage scenario, then validate it against anonymized estimate data in the deterministic audit engine.

Before uploading CSV data: remove customer names, email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses. The authoritative audit is designed for anonymized pipeline metadata.

Start the Secure Audit

The audit uses an anonymized CSV workflow. Remove names, email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses before uploading.

Guided leakage assessment

Model the leak before uploading pipeline data.

This six-step scenario uses your inputs plus clearly labeled system assumptions. It is illustrative and separate from the authoritative deterministic CSV audit.

Step 1 Business profile

What the authoritative audit actually does.

The CSV audit is intentionally explainable. It does not invent a black-box “AI score” or pretend an open estimate is cash already recovered.

01

Validate the file

Reject malformed inputs, unsafe identity-related headers and invalid rows before financial analysis.

02

Normalize the pipeline

Map estimate IDs, dates, statuses, amounts and optional operational fields into a consistent structure.

03

Separate outcomes

Keep quoted, won, lost and open values distinct instead of combining them into one misleading number.

04

Flag attention gaps

Use stored stale and high-value rules to identify open estimates that may deserve human review.

05

Surface reactivation candidates

Conservatively flag selected lost records only when their stored reason matches configured timing/temporary rules.

06

Preserve the method

Results retain the thresholds and reference date used when the audit completed so history is not silently recalculated.

What you receive.

A private results experience and a printable report designed to help a human decide what deserves follow-up—not to guarantee a sale.

Pipeline totals: quoted, verified won, lost and open values remain separate.
Attention categories: high-priority attention, additional needs-attention records and conservative reactivation candidates.
Methodology: stale threshold, high-value threshold, created-date fallback and retention limits stay visible.
Printable report: the same persisted metrics in a clean screen/print format.

Designed to minimize unnecessary personal data.

The audit workflow is built around anonymized estimate metadata. Identity-related columns are not required to calculate pipeline values or the current deterministic attention rules.

The original uploaded CSV is intended to be deleted after processing. Completed results are exposed through private capability-style result links for a configured retention window and are marked noindex/no-store.

Important: identified pipeline is not recovered revenue, a guarantee of future revenue, or a probability that an estimate will close. Human review remains required before acting on any opportunity.
