Revenue Found by Avenridge

How Revenue Found works

Recover the opportunity before buying more demand.

Revenue Found identifies where existing leads, estimates and past customers fall out of the process, then builds controlled workflows to capture, respond, recover and attribute what happens next.

Measure the outcome

1. Diagnose before automating.

Start with the actual lead and estimate flow: how inquiries enter, how fast they are answered, where quotes stall, what follow-up exists and how outcomes are recorded.

Incoming

Where does demand arrive?

Calls, web forms, ads, chat, referrals, CRM imports and other approved sources.

Response

How quickly does useful contact happen?

Measure the real path from inquiry to the first relevant response.

Pipeline

What remains unresolved?

Open estimates, abandoned bookings, no-response leads and dormant customer records.

2. Design the recovery workflow.

Each workflow is documented as a state machine rather than a loose sequence of “AI” actions.

3. Connect tools around the process.

Revenue Found is vendor-neutral. CRM, SMS, email, calendar, voice AI, n8n, HighLevel, OpenAI or another approved tool can be used when it fits the workflow. The stack is not the product.

No live SMS, email campaigns or AI voice calls are activated merely because a workflow has been designed. Sending identities, consent, opt-out behavior, provider configuration and launch approval remain explicit gates.

4. Measure recovered opportunity without pretending.

Attribution should distinguish what Revenue Found detected, what action occurred and what business outcome was actually verified.

Detected

Opportunity identified

The system records the qualifying leak or recovery event.

Engaged

Meaningful response

The lead or customer takes a measurable next step.

Outcome

Verified business result

Booking, sale or another client-defined outcome is recorded separately from potential value.

Start with the evidence you already have.

The Revenue Leak Audit is designed to make the first diagnosis tangible before a larger automation build begins.
